Where to start. The worker,jimmy, catered to us and gave us our food within 5 minutes of sitting down. The food was 10/10 and so was the service. The person working there,jimmy, was wonderful so will recommend thisplace

Where shall I start the service was amazing and the food had my taste buds doing backflips. Thee best loaded fries I’ve had in London and what tops of my experience is the customer service very welcoming and friendly. I deffo will be back probably in an hour. Lol

I highly recommend it! The guy who attended us is the nicest guy I ever met in London. Thanks to him, I can say this is a place where tourists should go. The food was delicious and the prices too. There was a chill ambiance.

Great taste for the food. Big portion for the low price meals. Full of halal menus. Should come if near to the place. I ordered the Diner Slider and it was worth it. Served with beef burger, chips, and drink. They also have various of delicious desserts.

Literally one of the best kebabs I’ve ever had. I came back here and had the meal deal - genuinely amazing Nashville hot chicken. The sandwich, tenders and fries were killer... I do not exaggerate when I say this is one of the best places for chicken in town. Their homemade tiramisu is also amazing!

I’ve been coming to this branch for a while now and the customer services has always been excellent and food can’t be questioned. Very fresh and amazing. Mustafa is an prime example of good business man. Highly recommended.

I’ve been to Ottoman Doner Kebab in Holloway three times now, and I’m hooked, especially on their Nashville-loaded fries—absolutely lazeez! A big shoutout to Abubaker, who takes customer service to a whole new level. He doesn’t just serve food; he serves great conversation and genuine hospitality. Once, I walked in after a rough day, and his kindness and chat truly turned things around while he prepped my order. Another time, I couldn’t make it to the store on time due to heavy rain and no cabs. When I called, not only did he reopen the system to ensure I didn’t go hungry, but he made me feel like family. This is customer service done right—thanks, my brother, for always going above and beyond! Ottoman Doner is lucky to have you, and so are we customers!
